Our Genesis
Africa and African Diaspora entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals need to have a safe space to grow their asset based wealth in line with their being.
After decades coaching and mentoring Africa and Africans Diaspora entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals we came to a realisation that their rate of failure was far higher than their counterpart and even when they were successful it was relatively modest.
This took us on a journey to find out what was the reason. Then we discovered that the main reason was that Africa and African Diaspora entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals were living and operating misaligned with who they actually are.
They were copying and past a system and principles alien to themselves. This journey took us to Ubuntu Principles. Once we discovered that and applied it results grew and skyrocketed for others.
